Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work. We proudly provide a standard warranty on everything we do.
At Triangle System Integrations, we stand behind the quality of our services and workmanship.
Coverage Terms:
- Locksmith Services:
- Services where we supply parts and labor are backed by a standard 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
- Services where materials are provided by others are backed by a 90-day warranty, covering labor only for equipment installed by TSI.
- Integrated System Installation Services: All integrated system installation services are backed by a 90-day warranty, covering labor and applicable components.
Warranty Commencement:
The warranty begins on the first day after substantial completion of the project.
Warranty Services:
- Warranty services will be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Requests for service outside these hours will be billed at overtime rates.
- To request warranty services, customers should contact their project manager or submit a request through the Contact Us form on our website.
- Replacement Guarantee: Faulty components or equipment that cannot be repaired under warranty will be replaced promptly.
- Priority Warranty Service: Critical systems will receive expedited response times for warranty claims to minimize disruptions.
- Customer Training Revisit: Customers are entitled to one follow-up training session during the warranty period to address any training-related concerns.
Warranty Exclusions:
The following exclusions apply to our warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by acts of God, such as natural disasters, including lightning and flood.
- Riot, vandalism, theft, or intentional misuse of installations.
- Equipment failures caused by materials provided by others.
- Errors resulting from Integrator Partner estimation discrepancies.
- End user training errors occurring after customer training and acceptance of the system.
- Issues resulting from preexisting door structural or alignment problems.
- Door release caused by fire alarm or other building management systems.
Limitations on Warranty Coverage:
The warranty may be voided in cases of improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs that are not approved by Triangle System Integrations.
Cost Responsibility:
Labor, materials, and shipping are covered by Triangle System Integrations as applicable under warranty. The following costs are the client’s responsibility:
- EWP (elevated work platform) and lift rentals.
- High voltage electrical connections.
- Drywall repair and painting.
- Fire alarm contracting, unless provided by Triangle System Integrations.
- Permitting, unless agreed to in advance.
